Dave believes in building everything from the ground up. He previously worked in special education and coached wrestling and football at several public high schools. While coaching he experienced difficulties in the ordering process with team uniforms and spirit wear. So he had the bright idea of taking screen print classes and trying to do it himself. After creating some cool uniforms and school spirit wear, demand spread through out the school and a business was born. Focusing on creating custom uniforms and garments, Dave and his family worked out of his basement and garage for 10 years before opening the first Plug. The concept was easy, be the connect for anyone needing custom apparel and supplies and have a ton fun doing it!
